introduction to the pottery wheel - adults - FULL

Start: Monday, September 30
End: last class Monday, October 28
Monday and Thursdays 7 - 9:30 pm
No class Monday, October 14 (Thanksgiving)
​Cost: $300
Learn the basics of throwing and glazing your pottery in a fully equipped pottery studio. One bag of clay and use of studio tools included. 
Pottery is a messy craft. Bring a towel and or an apron.

registration instructions: 

Registration may be done in person at the Train Station Pottery Shop, 600 Alberni Hwy. in Parksville or by telephone using a credit card, 250-954-1872. Shop hours are 10 am - 4 pm Monday - Saturday and noon - 4 pm on Sunday. 
​Due to high demand we are unable to reserve or hold spaces. Payment in full at time of registration is required. 
  • Applicable taxes will be added at time of registration/payment.
  • The studio is available for practice after the class has been completed and when other classes are not in session. There is no additional fee and access is available when the building is open.
  • All students will be instructed in the Guild Studio Procedures to familiarize them with the equipment if using the Studio outside of class times. More information will be made available after registration. ​​
  • At this time, classes are for adults only (min. 18 years old).
  • Class offerings and availability are subject to change. 

cancellation:

A full refund is available if your registration is cancelled 15 days or more before the class start date.
There may be a partial refund less a $45 administration fee if your cancellation is received 14 to 8 days prior to the class start date.
No refund is available if the cancellation is received 7 (or less) days prior to the class start date.

  • Please do not attend classes or use the studio if you are unwell.
  • Masks are optional as per provincial health guidelines.
  • Hand sanitizer must be used upon entering the facility.
